ABOUT THE LODGE
Jim and Linda Readey, members of First Community Church in Columbus whose family regularly attended nearby Camp Akita, bought the property from another FCC family in 2001 and worked to redevelop the cabin and get certified as an American Tree Farm. When Linda died in 2016, the family opened the cabin for rentals and enjoys sharing the wonders of the Tree Farm and the path to Rock Stalls.
