“This is a family retreat, absolutely NO adult parties are allowed”
Lines/Towels
We provide 2 towels per
guest for up to 3 nights. 3 towels per per guest for 4 or more nights. If you
require more towels, please bring them with you.
We provide linens for
all beds, 1 roll of toilet paper per bath,1 trash bag per day, and dish
detergent.
If you will need more of any of these items, please bring them.
Free WIFI is available. We are not responsible for outages, but
will do our best to see that service is restored at the earliest possible
time.
Please note that Rock Stalls Lodge has a Propane grill. Please bring foil and other necessary items if you intend to grill.
Rock Stalls Lodge has central air and heat, full kitchen,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, teapot, small crockpot, plenty of dishes,
cooking utensils, pots and pans, and silverware.
If you do not agree to any of our policies, please cancel your
reservation within 24 hours.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement at check in.
Below are the Reservation Policies which were displayed on the
Payment Info screen at the time of your reservation. In order to complete the
reservation, the system recorded your electronic signature when you checked the
box that stated “I have read, understand, and agree to the above listed
Policies.”
You must be at least 23 to rent a cabin. Anyone under 21 must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Cabin rates are based on
8 guests per night. (Maximum Capacity 8 Guest Adult/Children)
Full payment is required
at time of reservation.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests
must be made by phone/text through if using 3rd party planner.
14 days or more before arrival:
Refund less $50 processing fee.
3 days to 14 days before
arrival: 50% refund.
Less than 3 days: No
refund.
There is no refund for
early departure.
No refund for inclement
weather.
$30 fee for changes to a
reservation resulting in a refund
Check In – You may arrive
after 3:45pm. You will be provided with key access information and directions
to your cabin. you may enter your cabin at 4 pm.
Check Out – is 11:00am.
Please Wash dishes and place trash in the correct receptacles, and secure the
cabin before departure. The property must be vacated by 11am unless other
arrangements are made with the office.
Occupancy and Housekeeping
Occupancy is limited to
the maximum number of guests accommodated by each cabin and the number of
guests included in your reservation.
Paid guests only,
please. If the number of guests exceeds the number allowed in the cabin you may
be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
Pet fee is $75 per visit
for 1 pet, $150 for 2 pets, and $225 for 3 pets. Please pick up pet waste from
the yards. There will be a $300 charge for damages caused by an unattended pet.
Smoking is not allowed
inside the cabins. You are welcome to smoke outside. Ashtrays or ash buckets
are provided. There is a $500 charge plus damages for smoking in the buildings.
Do not bring ash trays into the cabin.
The cabin is treated for
pests but it is located in the woods. You may encounter insects, spiders, mice
or other woodland creatures. No refunds due to these encounters.
Amenities
Please do not move
furniture without approval from our office.
Hot tub, WIFI, Roku and smart
TVs are bonus amenities that are provided free of charge. No refunds can be
made for the malfunction or loss of these amenities.
Please notify our office
of any damages, shortages, or housekeeping issues upon arrival
On rare occasions
appliances, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc. can malfunction. We cannot refund due to
inconveniences. We will do our best to service these amenities as soon as
possible.
We will do our very best
to have your cabin ready for you by 4pm. Due to cleaning and servicing, hot
tubs may not be at full temp when you arrive and may need several hours to
heat.
Please be very careful
while open and closing hot tub cover ANY damage to the cover
would result in a $600 replacement cost.
We will respond as soon
as possible to clear snow and ice from driveways on the day of your arrival.
4WD is recommended in Winter.
Note:
We ask that you follow all
guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities. Failure to comply with
these restrictions listed above will result in forfeit of the rental cost as
well as removal from the property.
